🚚 Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping on all orders across India.

• Delivery Time:

  • In-stock items: 5–7 business days

  • Made-to-order / Personalized items: 8–10 business days

• After dispatch, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.

📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Returns: Accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

• Exchanges: Accepted within 7 business days of delivery (subject to availability).

✅ Return Conditions

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Must be returned with original jewellery box and invoice

• Item should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

💰 Return Handling Fee

• A ₹99 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount

• This fee covers reverse logistics and processing charges

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved jewellery

• Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or normal wear & tear

📦 Damage / Missing Item Claims

• Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification

• If the claim is verified, we will provide free replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable

💳 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after quality check approval

• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  (Razorpay / Easebuzz)

• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellation is allowed only before shipment

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted
