📦 Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

✅ Eligibility for Return

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must be returned with original jewellery box and invoice

  • Item should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved jewellery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or normal wear and tear

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is FREE of cost

  • Return instructions will be shared after return request approval

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted (subject to product availability)

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality check approval

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is allowed only before shipment

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted
